Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your pet policies?

We allow cats in certain apartments. If you are in a cat-friendly apartment there is a pet rent of $35/month per cat. There is an additional pet deposit of $300 per cat, and we allow a maximum of two cats per apartment home.

Service animals are always welcome with a notarized form complete by your doctor.

  • What utilities are included?

On top of rent you pay a flat rate for utilities. In a one bedroom that fee is $60/month and in a two bedroom that fee is $80/month. This flat fee includes water, trash, recycling, sewer, heat/gas, and one parking space (if you own a car). Cable television is available from the provider of your choice and is not included. Energy is metered on your own personal consumption and you will be billed separately for this from Xcel.

  • Can you elaborate more on your quiet hours and noise policies?

At Coronado Apartments we work hard to manage the quality of our community and environment. Our policies do not allow for any loud parties. You are expected not to disturb the neighbors or to be heard outside of your apartment at any time. Most residents who choose to live at Coronado are looking for this type of peaceful and studious environment and welcome these rules.

  • Does your property recycle?

Yes, we have separate dumpsters for trash and recycling and strongly encourage our resident to recycle all that they can.
